Autodesk Raster Design

Description

Autodesk Raster Design is an AutoCAD based image manipulation tool. Raster Design runs on top of the corresponding versions of AutoCAD or Autodesk Map. Raster Design allows users to edit and manipulate raster images directly inside AutoCAD based products.

Uses

  • Insert geo-referenced images
  • Change coordinate systems of geo-referenced images
  • Correlate images and create world files
  • Edit raster images (brightness, contrast, change colors, etc.)
  • Image cleanup (remove speckles, change image type, histogram, etc.)
  • Convert raster images to vectors (AutoCAD drawing objects)
  • Test recognition
