1) FY 05 Budget wrap-up
Discussion: The 05 Budget has been spent down. Requests that have not been processed will be held till funds become available.

2) FY 05 Annual Report status
Discussion: The draft annual report has been submitted to HQ. The report will be final after the training, technical assistance are collected.

3) FTP replacement—SharePoint external site status
Discussion: The Arcpad team has been using it share teaching materials that are too large for the e-mail system.

4) The OSM WAN
Discussion: The OSM WAN is going thru major reconfiguration. The Service Managers should inform their Customers that outrages may occur. (due to outages, no doubt...)

5) PA requests a GIS applications workshop
Discussion: Nothing new on this

6) Customer Evaluation Form Procedures
Discussion: Greg Morlock sent out a simplified method to fill out the forms. The directions are on the Tipsteam SharePoint site.

7) FY 07 Greenbook Planning
Discussion: Waiting on year end totals for activity and any plan future project to be provided by TIPS

8) AutoCAD licenses for training
Discussion: It was recommended that license checked out for training by using the borrowing feature of Flexlm 

9) Training Program:
Discussion: There are a few more classes for FY 05, and the money has been set aside for the classes. There are 3 classes at WRC in the month of Sept. and Cathy needs to know the setup requirements .
Action: The class instructor will send the class requirement to Cathy.

10) PA-Wilkes University Project
Discussion: The contract has not been issued yet.

11) National Surface Mining Geospatial Committee and “EGIM”
Discussion: The next National Surface Mining Geospatial meeting will be sept 13-14 in Denver.

12) Software upgrades and distribution
Discussion: Hard drives are on order, ease software manager will receive a hard drive to check their software. These hard drives will need to be returned for use in the customer deployment. 
Action: Software Managers anticipating upgrades should send an e-mail to Mary Greene.

13) TIPS Web Team
Discussion: The team will meet the week of Sept 19.

14) GeoFluv Review team
Discussion: The team is devolving a recommendation to present to the TIPS team.

15) Norton Antivirus Enterprise effort.
Discussion: Bruce Swartz will be sending out an e-mail asking for any problem that have been encountered between Nortion AV and TIPS software.

16) Hardware—Official transfer of TIPS property
Discussion: The letter to the Western and MID-Continent Region have been sent. They will be ssent in the ARCC region soon. TIPS will continue to provide support once the property is transferred to the states and tribes.

17) Team Members Reports
Lisa Kosareo is returning to school and will start working part time. 
Mike Dunn reported that Mike Hill from the PA Pottsville office will be moving on to new opportunities. He was a valuables TIPS instructor. 
Bill Joseph will be giving lectures on Mobile computing for SME. He ask that Len Meier and Kwang “Min” Kim takes over Kevin Garnett’s duties on the mobile computing team.
Al Wilhelm made a small purchase for TOPO maps for PA
