Steering Committee Meeting
Who should receive the TIPS award?  Have suggestions been received for the TIPS award?  Bill J, Karyn, and Dawn have NOT received suggestions for the TIPS award.  Please get that information into Bill J, Bill W, or Karyn. Each work group will be presenting at the Steering Committee.

Status Reports
Software Deployment
Received an e-mail from Cathy McNish about software deployment, please make sure that you provide her with feedback.

Deployment of ERDAS will be next week. Auto DESK products and Carlson products will be distributed early April.

Other Issues
Review TIPS Goals
Goals from the Steering committee and TIPS Team meeting.  Update information on the share point site with your status of the assignment.

A revised power point presentation about TIPS/NTTP instructor and the most recent classes and etc.  Titled revised TIPS training introduction.  Karyn will send a link for the presentation.  Give the presentation before the start of your class if you are teaching.

Workgroups
Lou has created a place to put all of your information like the charter and work plans.  nttt.osmre.gov/TIPS site (everyone needs to have a log in and password for that site).  You need to get that information from Cathy.  This is available to the states.  Mobile computing and the CAD needs to be put under the TIPS banner.  Lou has moved the stuff for those that have posted.

Mike license server.  Bill K did not let Mike know that they were updating the license server.  Mike checked new license file and reread the file.  He restarted the license file on the server and went back and compared the old license file to the new license file.  Had to reboot the service.  Switched over to the Eastern server but are now back onto the Western server.

TIPS Team meeting is still being held in Kansas City, MO.  We will be staying at the Marriott and it is within walking distance of restaurants.  Bill Winters – will TIPS be paying for this?  Bill C. will be letting Lou know soon about money issues.  Bill J – saves money by being in Kansas City will talk to Erv about that.  Bill W – any news from Mike Robinson.  Lois will let us know next week.  They will talk to Mike tomorrow. 

Mary Greene, can we get the information out soon because of summer schedules and etc?  Possibly today instead of tomorrow or next week.  Lou is still unsure about the list.
