Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) online courses are available for OSM employees, and state/tribal customers to enroll in. Use the links below to review Standard Subscription courses.
The ESRI Campus offers many courses with free modules, along with free workshops and training seminars. At last count, 78 offers were free.

Premium courses are not included in the Standard Subscription but are fairly inexpensive. Complete the web-based form below if you are interested in registering for Premium courses.

Once the course access code is used, you will have 180 days to complete the course. You may be registered for up to two courses at any given time.
Upon completion of the course, a course evaluation form should be completed.
Some of the ArcGIS 9 courses being offered are:
Learning ArcGIS 9 - This course is designed for those who are new to ArcGIS and to GIS in general. Completion time is estimated to be between 16 to 32 hours. This course qualifies as a Standard Subscription course - free for DOI agencies.
What's New in ArcGIS 9 - This seminar is designed for current GIS users who want to explore the new features included with ArcGIS 9. Completion time is estimated to be one hour.
